Asana is a leading platform for human + AI collaboration. We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Product team in Vancouver, where you will build features end-to-end, from data models to interaction behaviors, partnering with UI designers and supported by our infrastructure team.
Responsibilities
- Work in a high-performance team focused on velocity and software quality.
- Contribute to a complex SaaS application and gain exposure to Asana's core infrastructure.
- Work with asynchronous jobs and implement algorithms that traverse the Asana Work Graph.
- Partner with legal on data ownership rules and drive large, impactful projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in large, well-maintained codebases.
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Sound judgment balancing velocity with high-quality code.
- Passionate about user experience and curious about AI tools.
Compensation
Estimated base salary range: $146,000 - $162,000 CAD, plus equity and benefits.
