Solutions Consultant - Central/East

Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Consultant in Professional Services Delivery to act as a strategic partner for customers, helping them navigate complex business challenges through an advisory-led approach. The role involves designing and deploying capabilities that leverage modern automation and AI-native solutions, leading several concurrent projects, and partnering with account teams to identify growth opportunities. This is a remote eligible position in the Eastern region of the US.

• Lead customers and cross-functional peers through strong business and technical acumen, advising on best practices.
• Partner with customers to design and implement strategic solutions using Smartsheet capabilities.
• Lead discovery sessions to design custom solutions with AI-native functionalities and automation.
• Develop Smartsheet solutions through prototyping and iterative sprints.
• Review solution designs through internal testing and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Manage project delivery including timeline, deliverables, scope, and budget.
• Stay current on industry trends and Smartsheet capabilities.
• Collaborate with consulting team members and participate in mentor program.
• Identify product and services expansion opportunities with Sales.
• Maintain operational standards including KPIs, billable utilization, and customer satisfaction.

• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in management or technology consulting.
• Proven ability to work in team environments and fast-paced growth-oriented settings.
• Hands-on experience with configuration and implementation of web-based SaaS applications.
• Strong interest in leading-edge technologies, including AI and automation.
• Experience with change management and business process optimization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies.
• Ability to travel up to 40%.

US Base Salary Pay Range: $92,500—$126,250 USD, plus market competitive incentive opportunity.
