Sr. Business Operations Analyst - Post Sales

The Sr. Business Operations Analyst - Post Sales will play a critical role in scaling the post-sales organization (renewals and customer success). This role involves being the expert on critical data sources, designing standardized processes, and turning data into recommendations for leadership.

• Own analytics and trend reporting for an assigned segment within renewals and customer success.
• Extract and reconcile data across Salesforce, financial systems, and customer success platforms.
• Design post-sales processes and drive adherence across teams.
• Build and maintain reporting on utilization, product adoption, and expansion.
• Partner with leadership to translate data into recommendations for retention and growth.
• Support quarterly/annual reporting on post-sales performance.

• 2+ years in management consulting, Sales/Business Operations, financial analysis, or a quantitative role.
• Comfort working with large datasets to build models and run analyses.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau, or a similar sales/CS tech stack.
• Post-sales experience (renewals or customer success) a plus.
• Experience designing or driving adoption of operational processes a plus.
• Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills.

Annual base salary range: $91,630—$138,600 USD.
