Sr. Financial Analyst, GTM

Company: Cockroach Labs is the company behind CockroachDB, a distributed SQL database that helps companies build and scale applications. They are a high-growth technology company.

Role: The Sr. Financial Analyst, GTM (also referred to as Senior FP&A Analyst, GTM) will serve as a strategic analytical partner to the Go-To-Market organization, driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis across GTM functions.

Responsibilities: Business partnering with GTM leaders; planning and forecasting (annual plan, quarterly re-forecasts, headcount, opex, quota/capacity); performance reporting and analysis (ARR, pipeline, productivity, expense vs. plan); AI-driven finance initiatives; strategic finance support for investment decisions.

Qualifications: 4-6 years of FP&A experience at a high-growth SaaS or technology company; strong modeling skills; fluency in SaaS metrics; experience building dashboards; demonstrated practice of integrating AI tools into daily FP&A workflow; bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus).

Compensation: Annual base salary range for U.S. candidates: $120,000—$155,000 USD.
