About the Role
The Product Engineering team builds customer-facing applications. We are seeking Senior Full Stack Engineers to lead initiatives, collaborate with Product and Design, and deliver high-quality software.
Responsibilities
- Lead medium-to-large scale initiatives, adhering to best practices.
- Collaborate with Product & Design to build delightful experiences.
- Balance innovation with performance and security.
- Mentor less experienced engineers.
- Contribute to open communication and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in object-oriented programming; Ruby on Rails preferred.
- Experience with Java, Python, C#, or Node.js.
- Proficiency in React.js or similar frontend frameworks.
- Experience building APIs using GraphQL.
- Proficiency with relational databases, including schema design and SQL.
- Strong command of algorithms and data structures.
- Proven ability to lead cross-team projects.
Compensation
Base salary range for New York City: $170,000 - $195,000. Eligible for variable compensation in the form of a company incentive bonus.
