Sr. Partner Support Engineer

As a Sr. Partner Support Engineer, you will work with Tier 1 clients across Pinterest products (Enterprise, Adtech, Shopping, Growth) to define and build scalable partner solutions.

• Serve as subject matter expert on Pinterest API and partner integrations
• Lead technical relationships with Tier 1 partners and Enterprise Advertisers
• Provide proactive and reactive technical support through dedicated and scaled channels
• Provide on-call support coverage for Pinterest business solutions
• Lead complex engineering projects end-to-end, including API launches and integration builds
• Develop and maintain performance and quality monitoring systems
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to tailor products
• Define tools, processes, and documentation frameworks
• Lead cross-functional initiatives and mentor junior team members
• Lead AI-driven solutions and automations

• 4+ years of Support/Solution/Partner Engineering experience or integration experience
• Experience leading technical partner/client calls
• Experience integrating external APIs at scale using SDKs or custom client code
• Ability to read and write complex scripts for data manipulation; familiar with Python or shell scripting
• Ability to leverage AI to enhance work quality
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience

Base salary range: €79,337—€138,840 EUR. Eligible for equity. This position is not eligible for relocation assistance.

Hybrid: in-office collaboration 1-2 times per month, commutable distance from Dublin office.
