Sr. Sales Manager, Retail

Pinterest is a global inspiration platform where millions of people discover creative ideas. We are looking for a high-performing Sr. Sales Manager to lead the performance-focused Retail Ad Sales Team for top enterprise clients in France. In this role, you will define, launch, and drive strategic outcomes, build relationships with C-level executives, deliver and analyze key metrics, and grow a diverse, high-performing team. You will work cross-regionally and cross-functionally with product, sales operations, and marketing, and use AI-enabled tools to scale impact and improve team productivity. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in advertising, digital, or media sales, 5 years of management experience, knowledge of performance advertising and measurement solutions, and practical AI fluency. This role is hybrid, requiring in-office collaboration 1-2 times per week in Paris. The position is eligible for equity and incentive compensation. The base salary range for this location is €99,445—€193,918 EUR.
