Role

As the Sr. Technology Partner Director for AI Code-Gen & Apps, you will build and own strategic partnerships with leading AI coding agents, app builders, and developer platforms. You will drive product integrations, joint solutions, and go-to-market plays that connect these ecosystems to Databricks Apps, Lakebase, and the broader Databricks platform.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own partnership strategies for a portfolio of AI coding agents and app builders, spanning product integrations, joint solutions, GTM, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead strategic partnerships from opportunity identification through launch and scale, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
  • Drive enablement and field readiness for Databricks and partner teams.
  • Serve as the internal voice of top partners, influencing roadmap and strategy.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years in product partnerships, business development, or partner management, including 3+ years across AI code-gen, app-building, or developer tool ecosystems.
  • Proven track record of launching strategic ISV integrations and joint GTM motions with leading developer platforms, AI code-gen companies, or hyperscalers.
  • Deep understanding of the Developer Tool & Database ecosystem, including Postgres, Developer Marketplaces, next-gen Platform-as-a-Service, AI Coding, and CI/CD workflows.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience navigating co-opetition dynamics and sensitive partner relationships.

Compensation

Pay ranges by zone: Zone 1: $178,800—$245,850 USD; Zone 2: $161,000—$221,300 USD; Zone 3: $152,000—$209,000 USD. Actual compensation based on skills, experience, and location. Total package may include annual performance bonus, equity, and benefits.
