As a Staff Product Designer, you will shape the future of consumer finance, owning and driving design initiatives for Affirm's App and Card experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, data science, marketing, and research, balancing near-term execution with long-term strategic thinking. You will champion a test-and-learn mindset, leveraging experimentation, research, and analytics to refine user experiences.

Base pay range (CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT): $195,000 - $255,000 per year. Base pay range (all other U.S. states): $173,000 - $233,000 per year. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical, dental, and vision coverage for you and your dependents.
