The Onboarding and Compliance design team is seeking a Product Designer (P4) to design key features that enhance the customer onboarding process and ensure compliance.
In this role, you will design end-to-end functionality, work with product and engineering stakeholders, and leverage UX best practices. You will own your work, prioritize tasks, and contribute to the product roadmap.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to product strategy and roadmap.
- Scope work and design multi-page or multi-state experiences using UI best practices.
- Lead or co-lead research initiatives.
- Document and articulate decision-making.
- Facilitate team discussions and manage feedback.
- Establish commitments with PM and Engineering partners.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead comprehensive user-centered designs.
- Experience shipping high-quality user interfaces and flows.
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- 8+ years of industry experience (desired).
- Experience at a B2B SaaS company (desired).
Compensation: The estimated pay ranges vary by location: $159,210–$176,900 for most states, $168,570–$187,300 for NY/NJ/WA/CA (outside SF Bay), and $187,200–$208,000 for SF Bay Area. Eligible for equity and bonus plans.
