Staff Product Manager, Billing

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the evolution of our billing systems, which handle billions of dollars annually. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to redefine, automate, and streamline transaction processing, supporting insertion orders, credit lines, and new payment methods.

• Evolve billing systems to support modern transaction processing methods.
• Lead product vision, strategy, technical development, and execution for a financial system that must always work.
• Develop deep understanding of business workflows and automate improvements.
• Expand billing capabilities to new geographies, business cases, payment methods, and internal ways of working.
• Design and build billing user interfaces for internal and external users.
• Translate insights into product requirements and collaborate with engineering, design, data analytics, marketing, research, and other product teams.
• Communicate strategy to ensure alignment and secure resources.
• Leverage AI to enhance work in writing, design, prototyping, and more.

• Experience with financial systems, fintech, billing, accounting, or similar systems is a big plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset using data to guide decisions.
• Extreme attention to detail and meticulous design sense.
• Track record of rapidly delivering user-focused solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Base salary range: $164,695—$339,078 USD. Eligible for equity.
