Staff Product Manager, Contract Intelligence

Role Overview: We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the 0-to-1 development of our Contracts product. This is a high-impact, foundational role where you will define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a brand-new product that will transform how legal professionals draft, negotiate, review, and manage contracts using AI.

• Define and own the product vision for Harvey's Contracts product.
• Lead 0-to-1 product development from concept through alpha, beta, and GA.
• Engage with law firms, in-house legal teams, and enterprise customers to uncover pain points.
• Translate legal domain expertise into product requirements with legal engineers.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, research, legal, and GTM teams.
• Define success metrics and measure impact.
• Shape product packaging and positioning with product marketing.
• Identify and prioritize features based on customer feedback and technical feasibility.

Must-Have:

• 8+ years of product management experience with significant 0-to-1 product development.
• Demonstrated success launching new products from scratch.
• Strong technical fluency with AI/ML-powered products.
• Experience with enterprise B2B customers, ideally in legal tech, SaaS, or professional services.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced startup environments.

Preferred:

• Experience with legal technology, CLM, or products serving legal professionals.
• Understanding of legal workflows and contract negotiation.
• JD or prior experience with lawyers.
• Experience with AI/ML products, particularly generative AI or LLMs.
• Background in platform or ecosystem-level product thinking.

Compensation: $213,600 - $300,000 USD, plus equity and bonus.
