Staff Software Engineer

As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be a technical leader operating at the forefront of technology, building solutions for at least the next five years of growth. You will own critical architecture, deliver systems end-to-end, and dive deep into performance.

• Be the technical owner of multiple pieces of critical architecture
• Own delivery of systems from beginning-to-end
• Dive deep into performance and invent new approaches for efficiency at scale

• BS/MS/PhD in a scientific field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience
• 4+ years of technical leadership experience
• Led design and delivery of industry-leading systems
• Demonstrated ability to use AI coding tools and validate, critique, and refine AI-generated output

Compensation: The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $244,000—$305,000 USD.
