Startup Partnerships - France & Southern Europe

Anthropic is an AI safety company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We are looking for a builder-minded Startup Partnerships lead to drive adoption of Claude within the French and Southern European startup ecosystem. This is a 0-to-1 opportunity to design and execute programs enabling startups to access and build with Claude across France, Spain, Italy, and beyond. You will partner with leading French VCs, accelerators, and top startup customers to scale Anthropic's reach and impact.

• Develop and execute Anthropic's startup GTM strategy for France and Southern Europe, identifying and prioritizing top AI-native startups.
• Build strategic partnerships with leading French and Southern European funds, design and launch programs with tier-1 VCs, and create exclusive benefits for portfolio companies.
• Create startup-focused offerings, credit programs, and growth initiatives with accelerators like Station F.
• Build and maintain your own analytics infrastructure, design dashboards, use AI-assisted tooling, and use data to drive program optimization and measure ROI.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, and Corporate Development.
• Design and execute targeted events including builder summits, founder salons, hackathons, and demo days in Paris and across Southern Europe.
• Build local developer communities around Claude through meetups, technical workshops, and content creation in both French and English.
• Own executive stakeholder management with French VC firms and ecosystem partners.
• Create enablement content, documentation, and trainings to help startups build with Claude.

• 7+ years of experience in product management, founder/operator roles, growth, or technical GTM roles.
• Native French language proficiency and fluent English.
• Comfort building your own dashboards and analytics, including SQL.
• You build with Claude and Claude Code yourself and can show what you've made.
• Deep understanding of the French and European startup ecosystem and AI/ML technology landscape.
• Built relationships with French or European VCs, worked at a VC firm, or partnered with accelerators.
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex, cross-functional go-to-market programs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Annual Salary: €160,000—€220,000 EUR (OTE, including sales commissions/bonuses and base salary).

Paris, France. Currently, we expect all staff to be in one of our offices at least 25% of the time.
