About the job

Company

Brex is the intelligent finance platform that enables companies to spend smarter and move faster in more than 200 markets. It combines global corporate cards and banking with spend management, bill pay, and travel software. Brex's AI-native automation and world-class service eliminate manual expense and accounting tasks for customers.

Role

As a Systems Analyst II, you will own the tools, workflows, and automations that GTM teams (Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, Revenue Operations) rely on daily. This is a hands-on, builder-focused role: you'll work directly with GTM leaders and reps to identify efficiency losses and design and ship solutions. You'll integrate AI/LLM capabilities into existing tools and workflows, analyze GTM data, and manage stakeholder relationships.

Work style

This role is based in Brex's San Francisco office with a hybrid schedule requiring three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday). Brex also offers up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain tooling, integrations, and automations for GTM teams.
  • Partner with Sales, SDR, CS, and RevOps stakeholders to identify workflow bottlenecks and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Work within the GTM tech stack (e.g., Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra) to improve tooling.
  • Analyze GTM data to surface insights and make data-backed recommendations.
  • Integrate AI and LLM-based capabilities into tools and workflows.
  • Independently own and deliver moderately scoped projects end-to-end.
  • Manage relationships with multiple GTM stakeholders.
  • Contribute to team quality by writing clean, reviewed code.
  • Mentor junior ICs and interns.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in Systems, BizOps, TechOps, Sales/RevOps engineering, or related technical operations role.
  • Familiarity with GTM tooling such as Salesforce, Nooks, Outreach, Gong, Vitally, Sierra, or comparable platforms.
  • Experience leading tools end-to-end from evaluation to implementation.
  • Working proficiency in JavaScript, Python, SQL, and APIs.
  • Comfort with data analysis and presenting recommendations.
  • Experience or curiosity around embedding AI/LLM capabilities.
  • Strong ownership mentality and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Compensation

The expected salary range is $135,720 - $169,650, depending on location, skills, experience, and market demands. Equity and other forms of compensation may be provided.
