As part of the Technical Escalation Engineering (TEE) team, you will operate at the intersection of Technical Solutions, Engineering, Product, and Customers, tackling the most challenging technical problems and mentoring global support teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop deep technical expertise and continuously learn as the product evolves.
- Investigate complex escalations, lead high-stakes technical calls, and drive solutions for critical customer challenges.
- Run office hours, deliver learning sessions, and mentor the Global Support Engineering team.
- Partner with Engineering and Product to identify gaps and advocate for customers.
- Become the go-to expert on Agent, mastering deployment, configurations, performance, integrations, and telemetry/logs collection.
Qualifications
- Expert across Linux, Windows, and MacOS with strong system-level troubleshooting skills.
- Hands-on with CLIs, APIs, and config files (YAML/JSON).
- Comfortable with containerized environments like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Confident with scripting and automation (Python, Go, or Bash).
- Bonus: Computer Science or Engineering majors, experience with Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, or similar, familiarity with Datadog or observability platforms.
Compensation
The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $85,000—$113,000 USD.
