Webflow is the agentic web marketing platform for modern marketing teams, helping organizations build, manage, and optimize high-performing web experiences. We're looking for a Total Rewards Analyst to help design and deliver compensation and benefits experiences that are equitable, data-informed, and employee-centered. You'll support global compensation programs and benefits offerings, working with senior team members and cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
- Administer assigned elements of annual and mid-year compensation cycles, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of system updates, testing, and training materials.
- Conduct job pricing using standardized methodologies for market benchmarking.
- Maintain pay ranges, support job mapping and internal equity analysis.
- Support pay equity audits and data validation activities.
- Serve as first escalation point for employee compensation questions.
- Administer day-to-day benefits administration (enrollments, terminations, life events, audits) within SOPs and SLAs.
- Own assigned components of Open Enrollment and renewal cycles.
- Coordinate with vendors on eligibility files, audits, and issue resolution.
- Drive routine Leave of Absence (LOA) processing and data updates.
- Support compliance activities (ACA, COBRA, and other statutory programs).
- Maintain compensation and benefits data accuracy across Workday, payroll, and vendor systems.
- Generate standard reports and dashboards supporting compensation cycles and benefits metrics.
- Own compensation and benefits survey submissions.
- Build and maintain basic automated workflows (e.g., Zapier, Cowork).
- Keep process documentation current and organized.
- Suggest process improvements using automation or AI tools.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards, especially in a global and/or remote company.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and compensation/benefits management tools such as Workday, Pave, and Radford.
- Experience with AI and automation tools like ChatGPT, Claude Cowork/Chat, and Zapier.
Compensation
The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. The base pay ranges for the United States are:
- Zone A: $125,000 - $150,000
- Zone B: $118,000 - $142,000
- Zone C: $110,000 - $132,000
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program.
