Vendor Operations Senior Associate

The CX Shopper Vendor Management team is dedicated to empowering Shoppers to deliver exceptional service. This role focuses on monitoring BPO vendor performance, maintaining scorecards and dashboards, coordinating onboarding/offboarding, supporting quality and training programs, and advancing cross-team initiatives.

• Monitor BPO vendor performance daily, surface KPI variances, and drive corrective action.
• Maintain and improve scorecards, dashboards, and operational trackers.
• Coordinate onboarding, milestone tracking, and off-boarding with BPO partners.
• Support quality and training programs through nesting coordination and QA trend reporting.
• Advance cross-team initiatives and Vendor Management strategy projects.

Minimum: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, operations, or related field, or equivalent practical experience; 2-4 years in project coordination, customer support operations, or BPO roles; demonstrated data analysis skills; strong communication; ability to manage multiple priorities; willingness to travel ~25% domestically and internationally; availability to work Eastern Time business hours.

Preferred: Familiarity with SQL or data querying tools; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM; experience supporting nesting, training coordination, or QA programs in a BPO environment.

For Canadian candidates, base pay range is CAN$82,000—$86,500 CAD. Eligible for new hire equity grant and annual refresh grants.
