Community & Culture Program Manager

Airbnb is a global marketplace for unique stays and experiences, founded in 2007. The Community & Culture team sits within Airbnb's Diversity & Belonging team, supporting employees across global regions through Employee Resource Groups, Passions, Community Service, and connecting internal community to business decisions.

This strategic role requires operational excellence to deliver product inclusion pilots, support the Executive Sponsor Community, lead the Community Service program relaunch, build belonging measurement infrastructure, and integrate Passions into the broader belonging architecture. The role translates community signals into business language and holds senior relationships.

• Serve as primary D&B execution lead on Product Inclusion pilots focused on supply acquisition and offline design.
• Support Executive Sponsor Community execution, including briefings and tracking commitments.
• Lead Community Service program relaunch as DRI, including platform implementation and global volunteer champion network.
• Own platform requirements and build community health intelligence.
• Build belonging measurement infrastructure and reporting.
• Develop and integrate Passions into Airfinity and Service ecosystem.
• Represent D&B vision in cross-functional conversations.
• Ensure every program produces a documented blueprint.

• 7+ years of experience at the intersection of community, employee experience, or D&B work and business outcomes.
• Relationship intelligence, global fluency across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
• Systems orientation, data fluency, technical fluency with platforms like Chezie, Asana, Goodera.
• Executive presence, AI fluency, genuine commitment to equity and belonging.

Base pay range: $156,000—$193,000 USD. Eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.

US - Remote Eligible. Must live in a state where Airbnb, Inc. has a registered entity; excluded states apply.
