About the Role

We're seeking a motivated Support Engineer (Tier 1) to join our growing team. You will serve as the face of the company, handling a broad range of tickets, and partner with our CX team and Product/Eng. This role reports to the Tier 1 Support Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary technical resource for less complex issues, resolving configuration and networking challenges.
  • Manage a high-velocity ticket queue with focus on time to first response and resolution.
  • Drive positive user outcomes and maintain high CSAT scores.
  • Balance high volume of daily ticket replies while troubleshooting complex networking issues.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify recurring friction points.

What We Are Looking For

  • Natural tinkerer's mindset and curiosity, demonstrated through personal projects, homelabs, or open-source contributions.
  • Foundational understanding of networking fundamentals: DNS, IP addressing, firewalls, routing.
  • Proficiency troubleshooting across macOS, Windows, Linux, and mobile OS's.
  • Some familiarity with Jira and Slack.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to learning new technologies.

Compensation

US Pay Range: $63,000—$99,000 USD. Compensation includes base salary, equity, and comprehensive benefits.
