Pinterest is seeking a Director of Measurement to lead measurement across European markets. This role reports to the Global Head of Measurement and sits at the intersection of Business and Product, driving performance for advertisers and influencing ads and measurement solutions strategies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of regional measurement leaders.
- Own measurement strategy, operations, goal setting, and learning plan development for European markets.
- Build measurement fluency across team, Sales, and cross-functional partners.
- Drive strategic conversations with Sales Leaders and address regional needs through scaled playbooks.
- Work with Sales, Product, and Product Marketing to evaluate and improve Pinterest's measurement and ad products.
- Monitor industry trends and Pinterest ad performance.
- Represent Pinterest's thought leadership in market through conferences and speaking engagements.
- Champion AI applications across measurement workflows.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of analytics and measurement experience in technology, media agency, consulting, advertiser, or research.
- 6+ years of technical/analytical team leadership.
- Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, or equivalent.
- Deep experience with digital advertising and measurement ecosystem, including privacy regulations.
- Deep experience with measurement concepts and statistical fundamentals.
- Experience influencing client/partner relationships in Brand & Performance verticals.
- Ability to lead custom analyses and communicate complex concepts to senior audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to guide responsible use of AI in analytical environments.
Compensation: Base salary range €154,409—€270,216 EUR, plus equity.
