  • Drive full-funnel campaign initiatives across core Enterprise priorities, industries, and segments
  • Create and implement campaign programs including thought leadership moments, digital nurture streams, webinar series, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations
  • Partner closely with Field Marketing to align campaign programs with territory and account-specific goals
  • Optimize programs to measurement frameworks including lead scoring, attribution models, and ROI reporting
  • Collaborate with global Marketing teams and coordinate with Product Marketing and Solutions Marketing
  • Manage campaign resources including agency partners, vendors, and internal creative and content teams
  • Build and manage campaign budgets with strong financial discipline and ROI focus

Minimum qualifications

  • Deep understanding of B2B enterprise sales cycles and buying processes; experience within software companies required
  • Track record of building and scaling integrated campaign programs spanning digital, events, content, and ABM channels

  • Proven self-starter who can build and run sophisticated programs with small teams in fast-paced startup environments
  • Strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong budgeting and financial management capabilities
  • Excel at cross-functional collaboration with sales teams, agency partners, and executive stakeholders

Preferred qualifications

  • 10+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience with blended expertise in integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, and demand generation
  • Experience marketing AI/ML or complex technical products to enterprise customers
  • Experience building and leading integrated campaign or demand generation teams
  • Deep knowledge of ABM strategies and execution, including platforms such as 6sense or Demandbase
  • Experience at high-growth technology companies such as Stripe, AWS, Okta, Snowflake, or Workday
  • Marketing automation and campaign operations fluency (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce) with understanding of lead lifecycle management
  • International campaign experience and localization across regions
