Head of Analyst Relations

Analyst Relations sits within Business Communications, helping industry analysts understand OpenAI's technology, enterprise products, and how organizations put them to work.

OpenAI is looking for a Head of Analyst Relations to build its global analyst relations program. This role will set the narrative and engagement strategy, focusing on firms and categories that shape enterprise buying decisions. Responsibilities include leading priority evaluations, building a coherent enterprise narrative, developing trusted analyst relationships, turning analyst feedback into counsel for product and go-to-market teams, building a repeatable program with evaluation calendar and briefing materials, and preparing executives for analyst moments. The role reports to the Head of Business Communications.

• Deep analyst relations experience in complex enterprise technology, including ownership of major evaluations.
• A record of building programs with clear priorities and strong relationships, turning analyst insight into useful counsel.
• Excellent judgment about analyst reports, evidence supporting claims, and confidentiality.
• Credibility to work with technical leaders and make a sophisticated platform story clear.
• Excellent writing and executive counsel skills, with ability to align teams without formal authority.
• Ability to move quickly between strategy and hands-on delivery under tight deadlines.

Salary range: $297K – $330K. Offers equity.
