Role

Manager, Disputes, Chargebacks and Partner Performance. This role leads disputes and chargebacks operations, focusing on BPO vendor management, performance analysis, process optimization, quality assurance, technology implementation, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Manage BPO vendor relationships and operational success across multiple products.
  • Monitor and analyze disputes and chargebacks data to identify trends and improvements.
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions for operational efficiency and case routing.
  • Ensure compliance with Reg E, Reg Z, network rules, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive enhancements through new tooling and AI solutions in case management and CRM systems.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate staff to cultivate a high-performing culture.
  • Resolve complex cardholder disputes and high-risk chargeback cases.
  • Foster relationships with key program stakeholders to enhance cardholder experience.
  • Play a central role in new program launches and disputes procedures.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of Disputes & Chargebacks Operations experience, with equivalent BPO industry or management experience.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to drive cardholder satisfaction and resolution outcomes.
  • Experience using data to drive insights and recommend changes.
  • Technical skills including Google Suite, Salesforce, Slack, Snowflake, AI, and analytical tools.
  • Familiarity with fintech, banking, or payments, particularly issuer-side dispute processing under Reg E and/or Reg Z.
  • Ability to travel globally.

Compensation

Base salary ranges by location tier: National $123,000 - $153,800; Premium $133,100 - $166,400; Premium Plus $144,700 - $180,900. Annual bonuses are also offered.
