Market Associate

Airbnb is seeking a Market Associate to join its Supply Team in Milan, Italy. In this hybrid role, you will focus on the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts in your assigned territory. You will build strong relationships with hosts, helping them optimize listings, improve pricing strategies, and enhance their success on the platform.

• Manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
• Secure availability over high compression dates to maximize hosts' revenue potential.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, channeling feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and take action on opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
• Support Market Managers in delivering one-to-many education programs, such as webinars and scaled email communication.

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth through proactive account management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone, email, and in-person.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Fluency in Italian & English.

Annual base pay range: €40,000—€46,000 EUR. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
