Market Associate

Airbnb is seeking a Market Associate to join its Supply Team in Milan, Italy. In this hybrid role, you will manage a book of business consisting of host entrepreneurs and rising hosts, focusing on retention, growth, and optimization. You will build strong relationships, help hosts optimize listings and pricing, and support them in delivering authentic, high-quality hosting experiences.

• Manage a book of business, ensuring host retention, growth, and optimization.
• Conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality.
• Secure availability over high compression dates to maximize host revenue.
• Educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, channeling feedback to internal teams.
• Respond to host inquiries and provide timely, high-quality support.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends and drive increased bookings and host success.
• Support Market Managers in delivering one-to-many education programs, such as webinars and scaled email communication.

• 3+ years of experience in new sales, account management, or partner support.
• 2+ years of hospitality/travel industry experience (nice to have).
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Proven experience working a book of business, driving engagement and growth.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone, email, and in-person.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Fluency in Italian & English.

Annual pay range: €40,000—€46,000 EUR. This role may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
