About the job

Anthropic is an AI safety company building reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. We are hiring a Partner Account Manager for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) to manage and execute partnerships that accelerate Claude adoption.

In this role, you will own a defined set of named partners end to end, including in-country DACH practices of global system integrators (e.g., Accenture, Deloitte, Capgemini, PwC, BCG) and regional system integrators, consultancies, and AI-native boutiques. You will drive partner development, co-selling with the DACH sales team, and own KPIs such as partner-sourced pipeline, revenue, and partner enablement.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Run each partner as a structured pursuit with stakeholder maps, joint account plans, and quarterly cadence.
  • Activate DACH teams against global frameworks and build relationships with regional SIs/boutiques from scratch.
  • Guide partners in building repeatable Claude offerings (Claude Code, agentic engineering, enterprise adoption) for priority industries.
  • Drive co-selling with DACH AEs, Applied AI, and Technical Success teams; ensure deals are tagged in Salesforce.
  • Own KPIs: partner-delivered use cases, partner-sourced/influenced pipeline, revenue, consultants enabled, CPN tiers, joint proposals.
  • Represent Anthropic in the DACH partner ecosystem, adapt global playbook to local buying behavior, and navigate regulatory topics (GDPR, EU AI Act, data residency).

You may be a good fit if you have:

  • Builder mentality and 8+ years of partner/alliances/channel experience with system integrators and consultancies in DACH.
  • Existing relationships in DACH practices of large SIs or regional consultancies.
  • Data-driven, KPI-oriented, with a track record of driving incremental revenue through partners.
  • Business-fluent German (C1+/native) and English.
  • Based in Germany, willing to travel regularly within DE/AT/CH and occasionally to London and San Francisco.

Working relationships: You will report to the International Partnerships leader, with day-to-day work led by the DACH and CEE Partnerships leader based in Munich. You will partner with regional sales, Customer Success, and Technical Account Management teams.

Location: Based in Germany, ideally Munich; Berlin or Frankfurt possible with regular time in Munich. Hybrid policy: all staff expected in office at least 25% of the time.

Compensation: Annual OTE range €160,000—€220,000 EUR.

Visa sponsorship is available.
