People Partner, G&A

Dropbox is seeking a People Partner to support leaders and employees across the organization. This role focuses on talent density, performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves of absence/accommodations, employee experience, offboarding, and people projects. The People Partner will analyze people data and metrics, including attrition and performance management trends, to provide insights and recommendations.

• Coach and guide managers through performance management and employee relations matters.
• Use people data and trends to inform decisions and identify opportunities.
• Apply product management and design-thinking principles to the employee experience.
• Partner cross-functionally with HRBPs, Legal, and the broader People team.
• Influence leaders and managers to drive thoughtful decisions.
• Deliver clear and candid guidance on difficult or sensitive matters.
• Independently manage competing priorities and complex employee matters.

• 8+ years of experience in HR or Employee Relations, including at least 3 years supporting managers and employees through performance management.
• Demonstrated judgment handling complex employee relations matters.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Proven ability to influence leaders without direct authority.
• Experience working across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Ability to treat employee experience as a product, applying product management and design thinking.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools in the flow of work.
• Prior experience conducting internal investigations is a plus.

US Zone 2: $149,200—$201,800 USD; US Zone 3: $132,600—$179,400 USD. This role is not available in Zone 1.
