People Partner, G&A

Dropbox is seeking a People Partner to support leaders and employees, focusing on talent density, performance management, employee relations, workplace investigations, leaves of absence/accommodations, employee experience, offboarding, and people projects. The role involves analyzing people data and metrics, applying product management and design-thinking principles to employee experience, and partnering cross-functionally with HRBPs, Legal, and the broader People team.

Requirements include 8+ years of HR or Employee Relations experience, with at least 3 years supporting performance management, strong judgment, communication, and ability to handle sensitive information. Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools is required, and prior internal investigations experience is a plus.

Compensation: Canada Pay Range $125,400—$169,600 CAD.
