Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and scale operational infrastructure for product launches.
- Design playbooks and SOPs for technical product support, including API troubleshooting.
- Lead multiple projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Drive process improvements, focusing on automation, public documentation, and self-serve capabilities.
- Run incubation and governance programs for payments and banking products, validating operational readiness.
- Lead compliance and operational-capacity programs, coordinating Legal, Tax, and Risk.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics or related field, plus 2 years of experience managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations. Also requires 2 years each of: documenting operational processes, designing/implementing process improvements, scaling support operations, communicating technical concepts, building SQL queries, and analyzing large datasets.
Compensation
Base salary range: $148,450 - $210,600 per year.
