Role

Regional Customer Marketing Manager - North America. The dedicated NA point of contact for Customer Marketing, turning customer voice into expansion, retention, and proof.

Responsibilities

  • Act as primary point of contact for regional customer marketing activity, partnering with Field Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Localize and deliver central programs: user groups, customer stories, speaker requests, and Regional Advisory Boards.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of reference-able customers and advocates.
  • Identify, recruit, and prepare customer speakers for events.
  • Plug into Customer Lifecycle & Retention program.
  • Tie programs to commercial outcomes and report on pipeline influenced.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in B2B SaaS marketing with customer marketing or advocacy experience.
  • Proven track record running customer programs in-region.
  • Self-starter, cross-functional operator, excellent storytelling, data-literate.
  • Experience with Salesforce and marketing automation tools.
  • Willingness to travel 20-30%.

Compensation

US Base Salary Pay Range: $135,000—$160,000 USD, plus market competitive incentive opportunity.
