Team
The Revenue Operations team serves as the backbone of the Revenue organization, combining strategy, systems, process, and analytics to align go-to-market motions.
Role
As a Revenue Operations Analyst II, you will partner with Marketing, Business Development, and early Sales teams to make the top of the funnel predictable, clean, and scalable. You'll design and optimize processes, automation, and tooling for lead, contact, and account entry.
Responsibilities
- Design and optimize top-of-funnel merchant lifecycle processes with emphasis on automation, data quality, and documentation.
- Own lead routing logic, automation triggers, and lifecycle dependencies; partner with Business Systems for implementation.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Legal, Product, Revenue Ops, Analytics, and others.
- Support attribution tracking and funnel conversion analysis for Marketing, BDA, and early funnel performance.
- Own workflow automations (e.g., Slack notifications) to improve speed-to-lead and reduce manual work.
- Collaborate with Business Systems to improve Salesforce and adjacent GTM tooling; ensure data integrity at funnel entry.
- Partner with Revenue Enablement to train revenue teams on top-of-funnel processes and tooling changes.
Qualifications
- BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree required.
- 2+ years of revenue operations, sales operations, or marketing operations experience.
- Proficiency in Salesforce (administrator experience a plus); familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot).
- Mastery of Excel/Google Sheets and solid understanding of business intelligence tools.
- Experience with lead lifecycle management, lead routing tools (e.g., RingLead, LeanData), data enrichment tools (e.g., Clay, Zoominfo), or lead scoring/attribution frameworks preferred.
- Proven stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in data analysis, reporting, and funnel performance measurement.
- Strong organization, growth mentality, and bias toward documenting and systematizing repeatable processes.
Compensation
CAN base pay range per year: $77,000 - $127,000. Total compensation may include equity rewards, monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical, dental, and vision for you and your dependents.
