Sales Finance Analyst

Pinterest is a visual discovery platform where millions of people find creative ideas. We are seeking an Analyst of Sales Finance to join our Finance team. You will support revenue forecasting, insights, and goal-setting for our Chief Business Officer and global leadership.

• Support revenue and performance management of key sales verticals.
• Build sophisticated models to deliver cutting-edge insights and improve revenue forecasting.
• Leverage AI-driven financial tools and platforms to automate data analyses, identify revenue trends, and enhance forecasting accuracy.
• Own delivery of financial reporting to Pinterest executives.
• Create dashboards and models to scale monitoring of key performance indicators.
• Support strategic programs like agencies, resellers, and advertiser partnerships.

• Excellent SQL experience.
• Exceptional spreadsheet skills with experience creating financial models and dashboards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills (Google Slides).
• Ability to multi-task and deliver against tight timelines.
• Familiarity with AI-powered analytics or forecasting tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Tableau, Google Cloud AI).
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or 3+ years of experience in Sales Finance, Corporate Finance, FP&A, Investment Banking, or other quantitative fields.

Compensation & Benefits: Base salary range €54,933—€96,133 EUR, eligible for equity. This is a hybrid role based in Dublin, IE, requiring in-office collaboration 1-2 times per week. Not eligible for relocation assistance.
