Senior Field Marketing Manager, Enterprise

As a Senior Field Marketing Manager for the Enterprise business line, you act as the 'CMO' for the Enterprise segment, owning marketing and demand generation to build pipeline. You will execute regional and local campaigns, account-based marketing, partner programs, and thought leadership initiatives.

• Partner with sales leadership to meet pipeline goals
• Execute best-in-class regional and local campaigns, events, and webinars
• Drive account-based marketing programs and enable reps
• Build executive collaboration and community on physical security and cloud
• Advise demand generation hub and collaborate with channel partners and product marketers

• 7-12 years of B2B marketing experience with 3+ years in Enterprise Marketing
• Strong event execution and cross-functional communication
• Experience with channel/strategic partners
• Ability to understand personas and value proposition
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to execute in ambiguous environments
• Willingness to travel 30-40%

Annual OTE range: $120,000—$180,000 USD, plus potential sales incentives, bonuses, and equity.
