Role: The Senior GTM Operations Manager, Customer Success owns the operational foundation for Pendo's Customer Engineering (CE) organization, including process design, planning cycles, and strategic partnership with CE leadership. This role also serves as the CE pod lead, coordinating Applied AI, Business Systems, and Data work.
Responsibilities: Own core CE operational work (book-of-business design, territory assignments, capacity planning, quota framework support); design and improve CE processes (onboarding handoff, renewal/expansion pipeline governance, risk escalation, success plan hygiene); partner with Analytics to translate data into recommendations; coordinate between CE and Business Operations; maintain Salesforce data standards; contribute to org-wide GTM Ops initiatives.
Qualifications: 5+ years in Revenue Ops, GTM Ops, Sales Ops, or CS Ops in B2B SaaS; deep familiarity with CE/post-sale GTM motions (NRR, retention, expansion); familiarity with churn modeling, health scoring, expansion pipeline; proven ability to own core ops work; strong analytical skills in SFDC and BI tools; ability to identify AI/automation opportunities; cross-functional experience with Business Systems, Data, and Applied AI; prior experience as business stakeholder for AI/data product; exposure to Claude, n8n, Lovable or similar AI/automation tooling.
Compensation: Expected salary range: $135,000 - $165,000 (North Carolina) or $150,000 - $180,000 (New York).
