Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

Fivetran + dbt Labs is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role involves growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and customer success.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
• Guide GTM strategy by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for team needs
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening candidates

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Reside in the Central US region

Pay Range: $174,489—$218,112 USD. OTE: $232,646—$290,808 USD.
