Senior Manager, Solutions Architect

Fivetran, now together with dbt Labs, is seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team. This role involves growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and customer success, partnering with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling, and guiding GTM strategy.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets
• Guide GTM strategy and advocate for team needs
• Participate in sourcing and screening candidates

• 7+ years of industry experience in pre-sales, including 3+ years of direct frontline management
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
• Reside in the Central US region

Compensation: Base pay range $174,489—$218,112 USD, with OTE $232,646—$290,808 USD.
