Role Summary
Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a Central US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role involves growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and customer success, partnering closely with sales and the broader Americas revenue team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
- Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
- Guide GTM strategy by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for team needs
- Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar
Qualifications
- 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience
- Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Reside in the Central US region
Compensation
Base pay range: $174,489—$218,112 USD. On Target Earnings (OTE): $232,646—$290,808 USD.
