Senior Manager, Solutions Engineering

Fivetran, now combined with dbt Labs, is a leading data integration company. We are looking for a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US Solutions Architecture team. This role involves growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and customer success, partnering with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling, guiding GTM strategy, and playing an active role in sourcing and screening candidates.

Requirements: 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience; experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science; proven track record of driving revenue growth; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent; reside in the Central US region.

Compensation: New York Pay Range $193,877—$242,346 USD, OTE $258,496.21—$323,120 USD.
