About the Role
Fivetran + dbt Labs is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US Solutions Architecture team. This leadership role involves growing and leading a team of Solutions Architects to drive revenue growth and customer success, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring technical excellence, and driving the success of our sales efforts. The role partners closely with the sales and broader Americas revenue team.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
- Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
- Guide GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for the team's needs
- Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to maintain a high talent bar
Qualifications
- 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity, including 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent)
- Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
- Reside in the Central US region
Compensation
Pay Range: $184,183—$230,229 USD; OTE: $245,571—$306,964 USD. Individual compensation is determined by role, level, location, and additional factors.
