We are seeking a Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead a North East US Solutions Architecture team, driving revenue growth and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects
- Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture
- Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets through value-based selling
- Guide GTM strategy by providing insight on sales strategy and product gaps
- Play an active role in sourcing and screening candidates
Qualifications
- 7+ years of industry experience in pre-sales, including 3+ years of direct frontline management
- Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent
- Reside in the Central US region
Compensation
Pay Range: $184,183—$230,229 USD; OTE: $245,571—$306,964 USD
