The Strategic Alliances team is small, fast, and outcome-oriented, focusing on partnerships in AI-native software. As Senior Partner Development Manager, you'll own a portfolio of partner opportunities, sourcing structural deals (embedded distribution, revenue share, API embedding, committed co-sell) with companies like Snowflake, Stripe, Anthropic, Google, Glean, and Replit. You'll provide due diligence, negotiate terms, and drive alignment across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Legal.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end ownership of strategic partnerships with LLMs, Hyperscalers, AI developer tools, data platforms, and niche providers.
- Market analysis and due diligence with quantitative support.
- Deal structuring and negotiation: term sheets, rev share, data licensing, API embedding, pipeline and revenue commitments.
- Expand Mixpanel exposure within strategic partners, driving C-level relationships.
- Work with Channel & Enablement for GTM execution: co-sell, joint pipeline, co-marketing.
- Inbound partner management and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
- Design and execute unique playbooks with partners.
- Collaborate with marketing & demand gen to launch partnerships and campaigns.
- Define and evangelize the value proposition with partners.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of professional experience with minimum 5+ in strategic technology partnerships, alliances, or corp dev.
- Track record of closing structured deals with negotiated terms.
- Fluency in modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Supabase) and AI developer ecosystem (LLM platforms, agentics frameworks, vibe-coding tools, MCP Servers).
- Technically fluent to hold credible conversations with CPO or platform teams; commercial enough to close.
- Innate sense of urgency and prioritization; fast qualification.
- Exceptional communication skills; creates executive-level deliverables.
- Hands-on experience with AI; built or shipped something.
- Ability to operate within ambiguity and create structure.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership and executive presence.
Bonus Points
- MBA or advanced business degree, JD or engineering degree.
- Previous management or strategy consulting experience.
- Experience partnering with Snowflake, Databricks, GCP, Anthropic.
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel.
- Sold or partnered in a product-led growth context.
- Built or shipped an integration.
Compensation
Total target cash compensation (TTCC) range: $189,500—$256,500 USD. Includes base and variable compensation. Eligible for equity and benefits.
