We are seeking a Senior LATAM Partner Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with key partners in Latin America, working with cross-functional teams to expand the partner ecosystem and drive revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage partner relationships and act as main point of contact
- Identify and recruit new partners across LATAM
- Support onboarding and develop go-to-market strategies
- Track partner performance, run weekly forecasts, and analyze market trends
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
- Provide regular updates on partner performance and KPIs
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales with a focus on LATAM
- Experience in channel sales or direct sales is a plus
- Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI environments
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Portuguese required; Spanish a plus; English proficiency required
- Ability to manage multiple projects and analytical mindset
Compensation
OTE range for San Francisco Bay Area: $192,000-$260,000. Base pay depends on factors such as education, skills, experience, location. Eligible for corporate bonus program or sales incentive and RSUs.
