Senior Partnerships Manager, LATAM

We are seeking a Senior LATAM Partner Manager to develop, manage, and grow relationships with key partners in Latin America, working with cross-functional teams to expand the partner ecosystem and drive revenue.

• Manage partner relationships and act as main point of contact
• Identify and recruit new partners across LATAM
• Support onboarding and develop go-to-market strategies
• Track partner performance, run weekly forecasts, and analyze market trends
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
• Provide regular updates on partner performance and KPIs

• 8+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or sales with a focus on LATAM
• Experience in channel sales or direct sales is a plus
• Proven track record in B2B SaaS or AI environments
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in Portuguese required; Spanish a plus; English proficiency required
• Ability to manage multiple projects and analytical mindset

OTE range for San Francisco Bay Area: $192,000-$260,000. Base pay depends on factors such as education, skills, experience, location. Eligible for corporate bonus program or sales incentive and RSUs.
