Senior Principal Customer Success Manager

As a Senior Principal Customer Success Manager, you will build executive-level trusted advisor relationships with customers' IT, Engineering, and Support organizations, guiding them on process, people, and change management best practices to drive adoption of real-time operations. You will proactively identify risks, produce comprehensive adoption paths, deliver business value, and represent the voice of the customer to inform sales and product roadmap. You will lead cross-functional post-sales teams and facilitate business reviews, training, webinars, and demos.

• 8-10 years of relevant customer-facing experience with a demonstrated track record of success
• Proficiency in developing comprehensive business value ROI models
• Strong understanding of IT enterprise architecture, DevOps principles, and modern IT monitoring

• Strong consulting skills and proven results as a trusted advisor
• Knowledge of PagerDuty products and platform features
• Ability to drive effective C-level conversations and handle objections
• Experience in a DevOps environment or with a company transitioning to DevOps

The base salary range for this position is $124,800 - $171,600 USD. This role may also be eligible for bonus, commission, equity, and/or benefits.
