Senior Product Manager

Affirm is reinventing credit to make it more honest and friendly, giving consumers the flexibility to buy now and pay later without hidden fees or compounding interest. The International product team builds and scales Affirm's products across international markets.

As a Senior Product Manager on the International team, you will drive the strategy, execution, and growth of Affirm's consumer payments products across international markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and multiple engineering teams.

• Drive execution, growth, and scale of consumer payments products internationally.
• Adapt payment experiences for international markets by understanding consumer needs and local payment preferences, analyzing performance data, and iterating on features.
• Drive success metrics by shipping high-impact work and running experiments to improve repayment experience, payment success, and processing cost.
• Partner with engineering teams to drive product development and prioritization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (Design, Research, Analytics, Finance, Partnerships, Legal, Compliance, Credit, Fraud) to shape the roadmap and incorporate regulatory oversight.
• Understand international consumers deeply and create seamless payment experiences balancing customer needs, cost, and risk.

• Direct experience managing technical software products from kick-off to post-launch with measurable business impact.
• Experience with consumer technology products or payments.
• Comfortable with technical details, design iteration, and data analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to secure decisions from senior stakeholders.
• Experience influencing engineering teams outside direct purview.
• Bias towards action and ability to navigate obstacles.
• Ability to turn ambiguous inputs into action plans.
• Direct experience shipping high-quality products on time.
• Comfort with commercial aspects of product development.

GBR base pay range: £120,000–£168,000 per year. Total compensation may include monthly stipends for health, wellness, and tech spending, and benefits including 100% subsidized medical coverage, dental, and vision for you and dependents. Remote UK. Affirm is a remote-first company; most roles can be done from almost anywhere within the country of employment. Some positions may occasionally require in-person work at an Affirm office.
