Senior Product Manager - Database AI Optimization

We are looking for an experienced product manager to lead the database AI optimization product opportunity, rethinking how customers operate and get value from their databases.

• Lead ambitious investments that rethink how customers operate and get value from their databases.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer issues and improve database operationalization across SRE teams, DBAs, and application developers.
• Define, build, and launch the next generation of database monitoring and optimization capabilities.
• Collaborate with other product teams to maintain and improve all Datadog products.
• Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to define Go-To-Market plans.

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in cloud or developer tools, ideally with intimate experience with databases.
• Experience building AI products and evals including manual evaluations, golden data sets, LLM as judge.
• Comfortable using AI tools for research and building.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused with high quality standards.

The reasonably estimated yearly salary for this role is $192,000—$240,000 USD.
