Senior Solutions Engineer

Grafana Labs is the company behind the open observability cloud, Grafana Cloud. We are a 100% remote company with 1,600+ team members across 40+ countries, backed by leading investors.

The Solutions Engineering team are customer-facing product experts. They enable Grafana Labs' growth by educating potential and existing customers through demos, hands-on enablement, presentations, technical evaluations, and ongoing interaction. They partner closely with the Sales team to qualify and close opportunities.

• Partner with Sales to articulate the Grafana value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Own the technical engagement with customers and help close complex opportunities.
• Deliver product and technical presentations.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and the competitive landscape.
• Drive product conversations based on customer needs.
• Create enablement material such as documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles.

• 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience.
• Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership.
• First-class written and oral communication skills.
• Technical mindset and desire to grow technically.
• Fluent in Arabic.
• Must be located in Spain.

Bonus: Experience with Open Source technologies, Metrics/Monitoring space, or sales methodologies like MEDD(P)ICC.

OTE range: EUR 107,250 - EUR 127,650. All roles include Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
