About the Role
Fivetran, together with dbt Labs, is building the data infrastructure layer for moving, transforming, and trusting data. This role focuses on evolving the Salesforce CRM to meet the needs of a scaling global business, working with cross-functional stakeholders across Marketing, Finance, Sales, Analytics, Product, Customer Success, and Engineering. Responsibilities include leading technical strategy, designing scalable integrations, mentoring engineers, ensuring governance and compliance, and owning the Salesforce ecosystem.

Salesforce CRM, CPQ, Apex, JavaScript, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Salesforce APIs, Python, HTML, Git, WCF, REST, XML, JSON.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Salesforce development and architecture, with deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with enterprise-level systems integration using APIs, middleware, and IPaaS solutions.
- Strong business acumen, including billing, revenue recognition, and order management.
- Proven leadership and mentorship of technical teams, including geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Salesforce DevOps (CI/CD, Git, automated testing), and AI coding assistants.
- Salesforce Developer I & II certifications required; System Architect or CPQ Specialist preferred.
Compensation
Denver Pay Range: $191,761.50—$239,701.75 USD.
