Senior Support Engineer, Snoo Operations & Support

Reddit is a community of communities, home to the most open and authentic conversations on the internet. The Corporate Technology team is seeking a Senior Support Engineer, Snoo Operations & Support (SSO) to drive and scale the support team. This role is based in New York City and requires on-site presence at least 4 days per week.

• Troubleshoot hardware and applications, provide technical support and problem-solving.
• Act as senior escalation point for team and customers.
• Work cross-functionally with CorpEng Systems, Infrastructure, Biz Apps Engineering, Security, and other teams.
• Support security standards (endpoint protection, firewall, patching, MFA, access).
• Maintain user accounts, passwords, data integrity, and system access within policy.
• Manage vendor relationships and assist with inventory management.
• Drive multiple Snoo operations projects and deliverables.
• Participate in evaluating, recruiting, hiring, and mentoring team members.

• 5+ years in IT Operations or IT Support in a professional environment.
• 3+ years of mentorship experience.
• Experience leading support ticket management and tracking.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
• Google Workspace for enterprise experience.
• Knowledge of audio/video conferencing solutions and support.
• Experience with IT and security best practices.
• Ability to participate in on-call rotation including after hours and weekends.
• Bonus: Experience with Identity Providers/SAML (Okta, OneLogin, Sailpoint, etc.), audio engineering principles, and startup environments.

Base salary range: $132,600—$185,600 USD. Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units, and possibly commission.
