The Team

This role will manage creator communities and lead content strategy across Pinterest’s Food & Drink vertical in the US and Canada. The person will engage directly with content suppliers (creators, publishers, agencies, etc.), providing education and best practices, and facilitating connections between like-minded content partners. They will also be the content expert within this vertical, analyzing key success metrics, tracking changes in engagement, and representing the content ecosystem to internal partners.

What you’ll do

  • Engage with content suppliers in Pinterest’s Food & Drink vertical in the US and Canada, empowering them to create high quality content on the platform.
  • Own an online community (or communities) organized by vertical, providing platform education, best practices, strategic guidance, and product updates.
  • Advocate for the ecosystem of content producers within that vertical, identifying nuances and opportunities.
  • Innovate and ideate on programs that drive local content supply and engagement in alignment with vertical strategy.
  • Be the content expert of your vertical, analyzing and tracking key success metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities, and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
  • Independently leverage data-driven insights and on/off platform trends to inform content strategies and deliver business and partner impact.
  • Proactively resolve business issues impacting creators and content suppliers.

What we’re looking for

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the creator/community/media partnerships space.
  • Experience proactively building strategies, implementing process, and executing on vision.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships across multiple types of external partners.
  • Exhibits a strong data-driven mindset, using analytics to guide strategy.
  • Experience and passion for independently presenting and educating Creators and content partners across diverse forums.
  • Demonstrated skill in navigating ambiguity and driving results amidst uncertainty.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, PR, Social, Sales & Editorial teams.
  • A champion of belonging who demonstrates sensitivity to differences and values diverse perspectives.
  • Comfort and ability to clearly articulate a vision directly with creator communities, internal and external senior leadership.
  • Leverages AI responsibly to drive efficiency and impact.

Bonus: Experience and interest in managing partnerships across Food & Drink industry; prior experience in sales, partner management or related relationship management roles; bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Compensation

Base salary range: $98,561—$202,918 USD. The position is also eligible for equity. Final salary is based on factors including location, travel, relevant prior experience, or particular skills and expertise.
